As a Property Manager, Janice Hennessy believes it’s essential to possess certain qualities & then build on them constantly. “There are certain skills professionals must possess that go beyond the desk and calculator. I find that the most important skill you require as a Property Manager is successful communication. Dealing efficiently with landlords and tenants, as well as other various groups, ensures I keep all my clients happy”.

After receiving her certification required to work in the Real Estate Industry, Janice has gone on to participate in a number of courses to help her built on her talents and create new ones. “I’m a people person & I love the paperwork, but I have to keep on top of new technology. Janice has over four years’ experience as a Property Manager with Complete Home Realty & attributes her love of the role to the people she meets, successes she achieves & the ever changing job description. Janice explains, “I’ve lived in Sutherland Shire for most of my life but conducting appraisals all over Sydney is really enjoyable for me. We’ve dealt with all sorts of properties in many areas, from Mosman and Coogee, to Cronulla and Lakemba. It is so rewarding meeting with a client, listing their property, then achieving a premium price for them. I believe our strategic, focused marketing helps lease properties, as well as developed negotiation skills”

Janice understands that no matter how big or small, an investment property is often the biggest asset her client’s own. “I look after each property as if it were my own. I select the best, qualified tenant possible & try to attain the best rental yield for my clients as possible. I take feedback very personally so I always strive to ensure all feedback is positive,” says Janice.
